Management
All of our Management Development programmes are custom designed for individual clients. Examples of previous programmes include:
Leadership
This programme is designed to help managers look at their role as leaders in an organisation, and to determine how the different situations managers find themselves in need different behaviours. Managers learn the different behavioural styles that can be adopted, and consider each in turn, including the characteristics of the style, when it is appropriate to use it and why.
Channel Management
This programme is designed to help managers build and manage effective working relationships with channel partners, including avoiding sales channel conflicts and developing partnership relationships.
Coaching skills
Most managers would like to spend more time coaching and developing their team, but have difficulty finding the time. In this programme participants discuss and identify the activities required to implement a coaching system around their coaching tool and then determine the frequency and amount of time needed for each coaching activity. Consideration is given to the balance between the needs of the team and what is realistic for the manager.
Team Management
In this programme participants learn the different roles that can be played within a team, and how understanding these roles can lead to an appreciation of individual differences. Participants will also learn about the stages a team goes through as the members learn to work together. Concepts of the Situational Leadership model are applied and reinforced, together with strategies for setting team objectives to help team members understand their role in the organisation and the impact of their individual contribution.
