2011 March - Building on the theme of last April's 'Sales Transformation:Changing Mindsets' Forum in London, Consalia, with its co sponsors Middlesex University & Digby Morgan, hosted a further forum to consider 'A Global Perspective on Sales Transformation' in Singapore. View Forum Brochure.
The Forum addressed and suggested solutions to the facts that:
- No more than 10% of sales people meet or exceed customer expectation
- Most KAM programmes are ineffective
- Customers are no more satisfied when they achieve 'Key Account' Status.
2011 February - Consalia partners with Validity to provide specialsed coaching support in Australia.
2010 October - Consalia chosen by major pharmaceutical company to design and develop an EMEA sales leadership programme for its sales directors. The programme includes extensive coaching and includes a performance related pay scale based on a third party evaluation of an uplift in sales productivity.
2010 October - Consalia is once again the Greater London Winner of the National Training Award for its work in sharpening the customer skills at a global auditing firm and helping it win millions of pounds worth of business from the world's top retailers. Press release

2010 January - Consalia publishes a discussion document that considers whether the millions invested in the recruitment and development of sales people are producing the best returns and concludes that approaches to sales competency assessment, sales recruitment and development must change. To explore and debate these ideas further Consalia, the recruitment consultancy Digby Morgan and Middlesex University are co hosting a Forum at the London Stock Exchange on April 27th 2010. The Forum 'Sales Transformation: Changing Mindsets' brings together senior level executives who lead buying & selling organisations, senior HR leaders, Universities and academics with a special interest in the subject to debate how to raise standards of professionalism in sales.
