Values-based
training
Our training is based on the results of
a global research programme that has highlighted
the importance of a values-led approach.
Traditionally, sales people have been trained
to follow a technique-based process. Our
research has shown that this approach isn’t
working. Customers don’t evaluate
sales people on technique or process, but
on behaviours, and the values these behaviours
reflect. In the same way, if values are
out of alignment between managers and teams,
frustration and mistrust can build up.
For this reason, values have become the
DNA of all of our training and development. |
